邦普循环招聘磷酸铁技术经理（宜昌）

岗位职责：

1、主要负责磷酸铁整个生产工艺的优化、产品性能的提升；

2、负责磷酸铁生产规划建设；

3、 负责完成所属技术领域的各部门技术支持工作。

任职要求：

1、本科以上学历，化工/高分子/冶金相关专业；

2、有5年以上相关工作经验，对磷酸铁以及磷酸铁锂的生产工艺流程熟悉；

3、熟知各工序的控制关键及对最终成品性能的影响，熟知各工序的关键控制参数和常见问题的解决办法；

4、沟通和学习能力强，善于整合资源，有较好的抗压能力；
