2016年公司提前进行产业布局，全资子公司新泰材料主要从事六氟磷酸锂、氟铝酸钠、氟化盐系列产品（氟硼酸钾、氟钛酸钾、氟锆酸钾）、盐酸、氯化钙、氯化钠的研发、生产和销售。其中六氟磷酸锂是锂电池的重要原材料。
2021年公司通过合作投资的方式建设年产能 10000 吨的六氟磷酸锂扩产项目。
2022年公司积极筹建规划年产30000吨六氟磷酸锂及其他重要化工产品，将为公司未来发展打开新的空间。
天际股份新能源业务板块聚焦新能源电池新材料业务。获得国家高新技术企业称号，是动力电池、储能电池、3C电池电解液的核心材料。
目前公司6F产能8160吨，4款添加剂产品约2000吨。2022年上半年投产的在建6F项目1万吨，预计2023年投产6F 3万吨。

Xintai materials, a wholly-owned subsidiary, is mainly engaged in the R & D, production and sales of lithium hexafluorophosphate, sodium fluoroaluminate, fluoride salt series products (potassium fluoroborate, potassium fluorotitanate, potassium fluorozirconate), hydrochloric acid, calcium chloride and sodium chloride. Lithium hexafluorophosphate is an important raw material for lithium batteries.
In 2021, the company will build an expansion project of lithium hexafluorophosphate with an annual capacity of 10000 tons through cooperative investment.
In 2022, the company actively plans to produce 30000 tons of lithium hexafluorophosphate and other important chemical products, which will open a new space for the future development of the company.
