目前公司管理体系已通过ISO9001/IEC27001:2013/ISO14001/OHSMS/知识产权管理体系认证。全资子公司星云检测还获得了CMA认证证书。部分产品还分别通过了型式试验、CQC认证、CE认证。除此之外，星云股份还获得了国家高新技术企业、国家知识产权示范企业、福建省锂电池系统装备工程技术研究中心、福建创新型企业、第一批专精特新“小巨人”企业、福建省守合同重信用企业、国家科学技术进步奖二等奖、工信部服务型制造示范项目、工业和信息化高成长企业等荣誉。2021年，星云股份通过评审，被认定为国家企业技术中心。
作为锂电池设备企业，星云股份还参与了4项国家标准制定：GB/T 38661—2020《电动汽车用电池管理系统技术条件》标准、GB/T 38331-2019锂离子电池生产设备通用技术要求、《GBT31484-2015-电动汽车用动力蓄电池循环寿命要求及试验方法》、《GB T 31486-2015电动汽车用动力蓄电池电性能要求及试验方法》。

Research and Development We invested 17% of our annual revenue into Research and Development (R&D) in order to meet the ever-increasing and evolving test requirements from customers and industries in 2021.
